Reconciliation (Sacrament of Penance)
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available any time by appointment. For an appointment please contact the Parish Office to arrange a convenient time.
Community celebrations of Reconciliation are offered during the year and advertised in the weekly newsletter.
Anointing of the Sick
Individual reception of the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is provide as needed. Please contact the Presbytery if you or someone that you know would like to be anointed.
An Anointing of the Sick Mass is celebrated twice each month in the Parish.
On 2nd Wednesday of each month an Anointing Mass is celebrated at 11:00 am in the Petit Centre at 5 Palmer Crescent, Heretaunga, followed by a shared lunch. This Mass replaces the regular Mass celebrated that day.
On 3rd Thursday of each month an Anointing Mass is celebrated at 1:30pm at Stokeswood Retirement Home at 18 Glen Road Stokes Valley. This is followed by a shared afternoon tea. This Mass replaces the regular Mass celebrated that day.
